Weak magnets on a stretch band. I have bought other types before and lost them because of the strong magnets and no clasp but haven't found one that is strong with a strong non-magnetic clasp. These are weak and I am sure it helps but I couldn't tell any difference. I expect these to fall apart when the stretch band wears out.

My mom loves her magnet bracelets. She swears they help her arthritis in her wrists. She broke one, and only wore the left one. No pain on the left, but the right wrist ached. So, not sure if it’s because she’s right handed and uses that one more...but she does love the bracelets. And they are very pretty, too.

These are advertised as pain relief, although my husband has never said they help with that they do give him a calming affect. They are not to big or unsightly that he feels weird wearing them. They look good on him so if you know a guy who like bracket like items and loves to feel calm (and maybe pain relief) then these are for you.
Edit: after 3 days he has noticed a decrease in his wrist pain that has bothered him for 3 years. It's not a fix all but it helps in two areas (pain and anxiety)

I love these bracelets. They are sturdy, fit well and are pretty. The magnets do seem to help with the pain in my wrists.

They are small like for a child's wrist. Tried them on but they are tight. I think they are pretty but need to be a little bigger.

Cheap and flimsy and not strong magnets. Cheap stretchy plastic. FYI

Got these for my mother because she has arthritis. Since wearing them, she has noticed that her aches and pains have gone down massively. When she does go to bingo, she wears these instead of taking gloves for warmth or putting on ben gay to make the pain go away. Literally she has stopped using them because these bracelets are so good.

These are good for the price. They are magnetic beads on the stretchy elastic for bracelets, hopefully not too fragile. I have trouble with swelling and thought they would be a good idea, but did not factor in that I wear a watch on each wrist every day...one fitbit and one watch...and you should not have magnets near a watch. But my son has larger wrists than mine, so he is wearing an ankle one on his wrist and he likes it!

I was excited to find a set of hematite bracelets for a relatively cheap price. Well, you get what you pay for. One of the bracelets had several beads chipped. There looks to be a thin coating starting to peel when you look at the closely. I own several hematite jewelry pieces and theses are certainly cheaply made. Maybe bc the beads used in them are smaller they seem to look much nicer and feel comfortable on.

This is awesome I have been full of anxiety lately and was always on edge so it seemed and even though those things are still on my mind I don't feel overwhelmed and anxious about it while I'm wearing it. It also looks very nice and seems very sturdy and packaged very nice

It very beautifully made, and very fashionable too! Wearing it after a week my carpal tunnel seems to go away. It really work!

I can't say if it's mind over matter or actually helping alleviate the pain, but the once uncomfortable pain is gone since wearing this bracelet. Even better, I can wear it at home to do work in the yard and, unlike the brace, I don't need to worry about it getting dirty and I have much more flexibility.

Very nice looking bracelet. I honestly don't notice a big difference in my pain level, although, I have neuropathy and arthritis so it is difficult to make a determination of what pain I'm still experiencing.

Very stylish. Giving as a gift. I have heard they work great for pain relief such as arthritis.

I like the bracelets but you can clearly see where they tied them off. I wish they could hide those a bit more.

Arrived safely just started wearing it 3 days ago, hoping for good results

I love these little bracelets... I have rheumatoid arthritis and the pain in my thumb joints at the palm is excruciating... nothing has helped it... my dad told me he had been wearing a bracelet with a magnet in it for the pain in his joints. I was like, "and it helps?" He said it did so I was willing to try anything at this point. I don’t go anywhere without these thing on any more! Honestly, I never thouht I would find anything to help with the pain in my hands! Magnets work!
